Scheduling data
The App has no account or operator server. The operator does not collect user-entered schedule content or schedule usage history on a server.
Information stored on the device
Schedule titles, dates, times, notes, associated names, recent names, completion states, recurrence and reminder settings, D-day schedules selected for widgets, holiday edits, and app settings are stored in app-specific storage on the user’s device. They are used to display schedules, mark completion, choose when to revisit a schedule, and provide device reminders and home-screen widgets enabled by the user.
Country holidays
The two-letter country code from the operating system’s region setting is used only on the device to calculate public holidays. The App does not request location permission or send the country code to a server.
Device reminders and home-screen widgets
Reminders enabled by the user are scheduled through the device operating system. Home-screen widgets receive only the minimum local copy needed to show schedule titles, dates, priority, completion state, and recurrence; notes and associated names are excluded. Schedule titles may appear on the lock screen or home screen.
Advertising SDK data processing
The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK and User Messaging Platform for one bottom banner. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share approximate location inferred from IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. This information is encrypted in transit using TLS. Schedule titles, notes, associated names, and holiday edits are not sent in ad requests.
Where consent is required, the App requests ads only when the consent status permits it. When a privacy options entry point is required, users can review or change their choices through Ad privacy settings on the in-app privacy policy screen.
Google operates servers around the world, so advertising information may be processed outside the user’s country of residence. See the Google Privacy Policy and the privacy message displayed in the App for details.
Permissions
The App does not request contacts, location, microphone, photos, or system calendar permission. Notification permission is requested only when the user enables a schedule reminder. It uses internet access to deliver ads and advertising ID permission so the Google Mobile Ads SDK can use an advertising identifier.
Retention and deletion
Stored information remains on the device until the user deletes it in the App. Clearing app data or uninstalling the App deletes local data. Because there is no account, cloud synchronization, or operator-server backup, the operator cannot view, recover, or delete local data on the user’s behalf.
Changes to this policy
If data practices change, the effective date and contents of this policy will be updated. A separate in-app or store notice will be provided when required by applicable law.
